Psychology
Louisa Cleland is a registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience treating a broad range of mental health issues.
Louisa has special interests in supporting clients with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Peri Natal Depression and Loss, Social Anxiety, and in the provision of Neurodiverse Affirming therapy for Autism/ASD and ADHD and in supporting clients within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Reaching out and asking for help is often a brave and difficult first step. There are many reasons that people seek out therapy. Louisa works to create a safe and supportive environment for all of her clients, so that they may begin to explore and understand themselves, their feelings, and their way of relating to others.
If you feel you have symptoms of depression, anxiety, loss and grief, post-natal depression, trauma or are experiencing anger, stress or low self-esteem Louisa can help you. She can also help if you are experiencing family or relationship conflict and feel your family could benefit from family counselling. Sometimes when caring for others we can overlook our own needs; Louisa can also help caregivers manage care for loved ones while also caring for themselves.
Private Psychology appointments are available for adults and families weekdays from 9am – 5pm. Rebates are available with a GP Mental Health Care Plan and limited bulk-billed appointments are available for people with a health care card. You can find out more about our fees below.
