Access Health and Community, in collaboration with partners Yarra Ranges Council, Belgravia Leisure, and Eastern Health is proudly supporting a local campaign encouraging everyone in the community to Get Active in the Yarra Ranges during April.
Being active is not only great for our physical health but helps improve our mental health and social wellbeing.
The aim of Active April is for all members of the community to enjoy being active, however and whatever that means for them.
Being active can mean going for a walk or a bike ride. It can also mean spending time in the garden, jumping on the trampoline, or playing fetch with the dog.
By moving your body just a little more every day, you can improve your general health and wellbeing.
