Exercise Physiology
Do you have an injury, chronic disease, disability or condition that would benefit from an exercise-based approach to treatment?
Our Exercise Physiologists treat patients with a medical condition through exercise and help patients get fitter for general health and wellbeing. Much more than a personal trainer, Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified allied health professionals with a wide range of knowledge about the physical and mental effects of exercise on the human body.
Our Exercise Physiologist will design and deliver tailored exercise programs to suit your goals, medical history, age and level of physical ability. Our versatile Exercise Physiologist shows up with energy and drive, offering both one on one and group sessions at our new purpose-built gym space. Each client will be provided with a very thorough, detailed initial assessment to ensure there is a tailor-made exercise program suited to your goals.
