We’re excited to share the launch of our Lived Experience Framework, a new resource that will help health organisations embed lived experience into their work.
The framework was developed in collaboration with people with lived experience, and it provides a set of principles and practices that organisations can follow to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for people with lived experience.
At Inspiro we are committed to establishing a skilled and valued Lived and Living Experience workforce, as this is one of the most effective ways we can support social connectedness and strengthen families and our community.
At the launch event of the Lived Experience Framework, attendees heard from Emma, Inspiro’s Lived Experience Lead, who shared her incredible story of resilience, strength and hope.
You can find more stories and experiences of those in our community with living and lived experience of mental ill health and mental health challenges as part of The Living Stories Project Yarra Ranges Council.
We believe that everyone with lived experience has something valuable to offer, and we’re committed to creating a world where all people with lived experience are empowered to reach their full potential.
