Gordon is the current CEO of St John Ambulance VIC and has extensive executive leadership experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors in several industries where he has achieved growth through diversification, leading digital transformation and identifying opportunities for innovation. Gordon’s particular leadership interest is in organistional culture, its link to purpose and how it empowers people to make decisions that maximise the impact of the organisation’s purpose.

The strengths Gordon brings to the Board include strategic planning, commercial diversification, risk management, innovation, government outsourced contracting, corporate governance, community programs and volunteerism.

Gordon believes community health services have a mandate to assist those in their local community who most need their help. Inspiro holds this privileged position in the Yarra Ranges community. He hopes to use his skills and experience to support Inspiro’s work to improve people’s lives in a community that is close to where he lives. Being able to serve locally is a driver for Gordon’s contribution
