CEO Profile
Sue is the current CEO of Inspiro, commencing in early 2018, and a Member of the Lilydale Revitalisation Board.
Sue started her healthcare career in public dentistry working in varied roles for over 20 years before moving to Community Health more than 15 years ago.
Sue developed a passion for quality and safety in healthcare. This path led to a natural transition into risk management, compliance and governance.
With formal qualifications in Health Administration and Organisational Dynamics, Sue adopts a humanistic leadership style and creates an environment which supports people to achieve their greatest potential. She is also a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Managers where she mentored emerging leaders in healthcare and not-for-profit organisations.
Sue has extensive experience in strategic planning, governance and risk management, stakeholder relations and partnerships.
