Earlier this year, Inspiro and Access Health and Community (AccessHC) announced a potential merger of the two community health organisations.
We are pleased to share that, after having completed due diligence, the Boards of Inspiro and AccessHC have agreed that coming together as one entity would be beneficial for both organisations and should progress.
Our Boards are now taking the next step towards a merger by signing a Letter of Intent.
As the process is progressing, we are now recruiting a shared transition team.
